ACC Leads Industry Letters Asking Appropriators to Address Challenges with TSCA and IRIS

This week, the American Chemistry Council led two multi-association letters to Congressional Appropriators that contained recommendations for addressing concerns with EPA regulations that hurt innovation and undermine critical supply chains, and urging them to include language addressing challenges with TSCA and IRIS.
Over 50 different industry groups added their names to these letters, sharing just how important these issues are to them.
